Service Quality
While Good Day Laundry exercises utmost care in handling garments and related items, we disclaim liability for:

Normal wear and tear during cleaning.

Pre-existing damage, weakness of fabric, or manufacturer’s defects.

Color fading, shrinkage, or texture alteration inherent to certain fabrics.

Turnaround Time
All timeframes communicated are estimates only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

Complaints & Damages

All complaints and claims regarding damages, loss, or dissatisfaction must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.

Claims made after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damage, loss, or mishandling shall be strictly limited to a refund or credit not exceeding seven (7) times the cleaning charge of the item in question. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for the full replacement value of garments or other items.

Uncollected Items
Items not collected within thirty (30) days from the date of completion may be disposed of or donated at our discretion, without any liability on our part.
