Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Good Day Laundry (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By availing of our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Service Provision

1.1 Services include but are not limited to laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, stitching, upholstery care and related offerings as advertised.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse, discontinue, or withdraw services at our sole discretion.

2.⁠ ⁠Customer Obligations

2.1 Customers must disclose any special instructions relating to delicate fabrics, stains, embellishments, or special care requirements.
2.2 Failure to provide such instructions releases us from liability for resultant damage.
2.3 Customers must ensure items submitted for service are lawful, safe and free from hazardous materials.

3.⁠ ⁠Collection & Delivery

3.1 Collection and delivery times are indicative and subject to operational constraints we are not liable for delays.
3.2 Items not collected within thirty (30) days of completion may, at our discretion, be donated or disposed of, without liability.
3.3 Risk and responsibility for garments transfer to the customer upon delivery or collection.

4.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

4.1 Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We reserve the right to withhold items until outstanding payments are settled.

5.⁠ ⁠Complaints & Claims

5.1 All complaints, including claims of damage, loss, or dissatisfaction, must be reported within three (3) days of delivery.
5.2 Complaints made beyond this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

6.1 While we exercise utmost care, we are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear during cleaning.

Shrinkage, color fading, bleeding, or texture changes inherent to certain fabrics.

Pre-existing damage, weakness of material, or manufacturer’s defects.
6.2 In the event of proven damage or loss, our maximum liability shall be limited to seven (7) times the cleaning/service charge of the item in question.
6.3 We shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for the replacement cost or sentimental value of any item.

7.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, non-performance, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.

8.⁠ ⁠Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [insert city, e.g., Srinagar].
